We loved staying at this charming spot! The kids enjoyed playing in the beautiful garden, and we appreciated how convenient it was for exploring all that Kandy has to offer. We were welcomed warmly with tea and cake, a good touch after a long trip.

Guests can enjoy comfortable and spacious rooms with clean and modern bathrooms, as well as a delicious breakfast with a variety of local treats. the hotel also offers a lovely pool and staff is friendly and accommodating.

Some guests have mentioned that the water pressure can be inconsistent.

The value for money at Sweet Cinnamon was excellent and the room was perfect. The location was serene and peaceful, away from the noise of the city. The staff were great too make us feel welcome and even helped us retrieve our forgotten passports.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering more variety, as pancakes were not our preferred choice in the morning.

And the breakfast, which is included, is absolutely delicious, with fresh and varied options to choose from.

I loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly and cute; they helped me organise a tour of the city and couldn't do enough to ensure I had a great stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit and juice to choose from. The hotel is located in beautiful lush gardens just outside of the city centre, close enough to the central attractions and easily accessible by transportation.

Comfortable room, nice view Stayed over Christmas and the room was very comfortable with a nice view. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the pool was a nice place to relax. the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

Poor service, disappointing food Unfortunately, the service was poor and the staff were not very attentive. We were disappointed with the quality of the food, it did not meet our expectations.

sweet cinnamon in kandy was a delightful surprise! the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even driving us to an amazing ayurvedic massage. their beautiful gardens were a peaceful escape from the city. and the carrot cake upon arrival was a delicious treat!

This hotel is an oasis of calm situated in the beautiful hills just outside of Kandy. Surrounded by lush trees and plants, it truly feels like you're in the jungle. The rooms are clean and comfortable, decorated in a traditional relaxed style. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. One of the highlights is the breakfast, which is included in the room rate. It's truly fantastic and was the best we had during our stay in Sri Lanka.

The only minor inconvenience we experienced was the lack of a refrigerator in our room.

Although the view from the rooms was beautiful, I would have appreciated better bathroom privacy, the absence of sheer curtains on the windows was troublesome. Room heating was also erratic, with the hot water supply not being consistent.
